This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for SubcueAI subscriptions depending on your purchase channel. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Overview

We offer refunds depending on where you purchased your SubcueAI subscription. Please review the applicable section below based on your purchase channel.

2. Paddle Purchases (Website)

If you purchased your subscription through our website (processed by Paddle), you are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee from your subscription start date.

To request a refund, email us at contact@subcue.app with your account email and the reason for your request.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

3. Apple App Store Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, refunds are managed entirely by Apple.

To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's instructions.

Apple's refund policies apply. SubcueAI does not have the ability to process refunds for App Store purchases.

4. After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your account will be automatically downgraded to the free Starter plan.

Access to paid features ends immediately upon the refund being completed. Any remaining subscription time will not be carried over.
